1. I have not received an Order Confirmation or Dispatch Email? Our Website issues an instant email once an order is made or an order has been marked as dispatched so if you do not receive this then please check your Junk Mailbox as due to email security they often end up in there.
2. When will I receive my order? We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 Working Days of an order being placed. We ship using Royal Mails 1st Class Recorded so usually only takes a couple of days to arrive. Dispatch emails are usually sent the next working day after being shipped due to us using Royal Mail’s Drop & Go Service due to the amount of parcels being sent.

4. Do you accept Returns? At Just Sparkle with do not offer returns but will happily exchange an item if faulty, please contact us via email with full details including pictures within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange your ring please email us stating the item and size you require. The delivery fee for the new exchange item must be paid for by the customer who will be sent a PayPal invoice requesting the amount (UK Customers £2.99 charge, or International Customers £9.00)
Please note that returning an item for an exchange is at the customer’s expense.
5. Are your Mink Lashes Cruelty Free? Yes the Mink hair used it's sourced from the animals natural shedding.
